Hi, I’m Courtney!
This is my eighth year teaching high school Spanish. I work at an IB (International Baccalaureate) school in Minnesota where I teach Spanish 2, Spanish 3, and Spanish for heritage speakers.
I love incorporating a variety of techniques in the classroom. I use a combination of comprehensible input, blended learning, traditional grammar instruction, and of lots and lots of music!
I’m a nerd about curriculum creation- I love it! I started creating Youtube videos for flipped grammar instruction (you can use them too!) and I have been creating a curriculum for my heritage speakers class from scratch. You can find my resources for that here.
